Islamabad: (RightNow) The Federal Constitutional Court has officially accepted the disqualification petition against Chief Minister Sohail Afridi for hearing.

Petitioner Sher Afzal Marwat argued in court that the Chief Minister should resign voluntarily. During the hearing, the court issued a notice.

A three-member bench led by Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan conducted the hearing. The court issued a notice to Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, seeking a response.
