Islamabad: (RightNow) OGRA has adjusted petroleum product prices under the government pricing mechanism for September 18, 2026. The new rates include a Rs 3.47 per liter increase in high-speed diesel, setting the ex-depot price at Rs 424.92 per liter.
Petrol price is reduced by 43 paisas per liter, bringing the new ex-depot price to Rs 390.79 per liter. These changes consider global market conditions and other expenses.
According to the Petroleum Division, prices are determined by global market shifts and the government pricing mechanism. The new prices will be effective from September 18, 2026.
These adjustments will impact public expenses. The slight petrol decrease and diesel increase may affect public budgets differently.
