Authorities predict heavy rainfall in southern China. Guangxi, Hainan, and Guangdong face risks of rain and flooding. Saudel is expected to move towards the East China Sea.

Reports indicate an unusual increase in storm activity this year. Since January, 20 storms have formed. China, Taiwan, and Japan face threats of heavy rain, flooding, and landslides.

It is important to note that meteorological departments have advised caution for maritime activities, air and land transport, and residents of coastal areas.
