Tashkent: (RightNow) Uzbekistan has become the second country to acquire J-10CE fighter jets from China. These jets were showcased for the first time during Uzbekistan’s Independence Day celebrations.

Chinese media reported that Uzbekistan ordered 24 J-10CE jets, but no official confirmation of the deal was made by any country. A video from the Uzbek President’s office shows six jets.

The video depicts the jets flying in formation on the runway and receiving a water cannon salute, confirming the purchase.

This development emerged during China’s negotiations with Bangladesh, which intends to buy J-10CE jets and attack helicopters.

It is noteworthy that Pakistan was the first to purchase these jets and used them in a conflict with India, where they downed advanced Rafale jets.
