Fazlur Rehman questions the lack of preparation for new provinces, expressing concern over Sindh’s readiness.
Sukkur: (RightNow) Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman states that discussions on creating new administrative units and provinces are ongoing, but no preparations have been made.
Addressing a General Council meeting in Sukkur, Fazlur Rehman expressed concern over Sindh’s lack of readiness. He noted that while the topic of new provinces has been raised, no practical steps are being taken.
He remarked that governance in the country is limited to Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari. Fazlur Rehman further stated that the government aims to deprive the public of awareness and the power to question.
He emphasized that the country belongs to everyone, not just one person, and no certificate or permission is needed to love Pakistan.
It is noteworthy that various political parties have been demanding the creation of new provinces, while different circles criticize the lack of practical measures.
