Islamabad: (RightNow) Federal Minister for Climate Change, Dr. Musadik Malik, expressed serious concern over the PIMS hospital incident. He stated that further discussions are not possible until the issue is resolved.

Speaking at an event in Lahore, Musadik Malik said that seeing 14 bodies raises questions about the country’s security. He mentioned that the incident has forced him to think about national safety.

Musadik Malik pointed out that the common man is more concerned with children’s education and health than economic figures. He emphasized that the health and education sectors are linked to environmental protection, and it is their fundamental responsibility to provide citizens with the best life.

According to sources, Tauqeer Shah has sent a report on the incident to the Prime Minister and has informed him of its contents. Musadik Malik questioned where the service delivery was at the time of the incident and why it did not occur.

It is noteworthy that 14 children lost their lives in this incident. Musadik Malik stated that until a solution is found, discussions cannot proceed.
