Islamabad: (RightNow) The All Pakistan Petrol Pump Owners Association has announced support for the goods transporters’ strike. This confirmation comes from Vice Chairman Nauman Ali Butt.

Nauman Ali Butt stated that the transporters’ stance is justified and represents the public’s voice. He rejected the daily fluctuations in oil prices.

Following unsuccessful negotiations with the federal government, goods transporters have initiated a nationwide strike. This strike will continue indefinitely.

President of the Goods Transport Union, Malik Shehzad Awan, mentioned that Friday’s negotiations were inconclusive. He claims the government is not serious.

It is noteworthy that the Goods Transport Association’s strike began on Saturday, August 8, and will persist indefinitely.
