Chen Jai shared on social media that in early July 2026, he visited Lugu Lake in Yunnan Province. On July 9, a Taiwanese tourist asked him to take a photo.

During the conversation after taking the photo, Chen Jai discovered that the tourist was also from his hometown, Puyuan. They took a photo together and exchanged more information.

Chen Jai’s father confirmed that the tourist, named Fei, is a family member. Fei’s father and Chen’s grandfather were brothers who moved to Taiwan in 1949.

It is noteworthy that Fei’s father and Chen’s grandfather passed away long ago. In 1991, contact was made through a letter, which Chen’s family has kept safe.
