Rawalpindi: (RightNow) Sohail Afridi has criticized the government for not complying with a court order regarding the treatment of the PTI founder. He stated that the government’s and administration’s attitude was inappropriate.

He revealed that 3 judges had ordered the treatment of the PTI founder. According to him, non-compliance with the court decision is tantamount to contempt of court. He mentioned that the government’s own report highlights the PTI founder’s health.

Sohail Afridi announced that he will start a nationwide tour from tomorrow. He emphasized that courts must ensure the implementation of their decisions, or the effectiveness of the judicial system will be questioned.

He also announced the initiation of contempt of court proceedings against the government. According to him, lawyers have completed preparations to file a contempt of court case.

It is noteworthy that the Supreme Court had issued orders regarding the treatment of the PTI founder. Sohail Afridi maintains that regardless of the current health situation, compliance with the court’s decision was necessary.
