Islamabad: (RightNow) Islamabad High Court has rejected the requests of three prisoners from Adiala Jail for treatment in a private hospital. Justice Muhammad Asif made this decision in accordance with the Supreme Court’s ruling on granting relief.

According to the High Court’s decision, the three prisoners will remain in Adiala Jail. They are not permitted to receive treatment in a private hospital. This decision was made in light of judicial orders.

Following the decision, the prisoners’ lawyers expressed their intention to challenge the court’s order. Authorities have not commented on the decision since its issuance.

The matter gained significance when the prisoners sought permission for private hospital treatment similar to Imran Khan. The court dismissed the example of the former Prime Minister’s case.

It should be noted that the prisoners had requested treatment in a private hospital and the facility for telephonic conversations abroad. This request was influenced by recent judicial orders concerning Imran Khan.
