Narowal: (RightNow). A collision between two passenger buses on Kalakhatai Road resulted in 5 fatalities and 25 injuries. Rescue officials reported the incident occurred near Sadhanwali Stop.

The accident happened when a bus traveling from Lahore to Shakargarh tried to avoid a motorcyclist and collided with another bus. As a result, both buses lost control and veered into the fields.

Rescue teams promptly arrived at the scene, providing first aid to the injured and transferring them to a nearby hospital. Three critically injured individuals were moved to Lahore for further treatment.

This accident highlights the poor transport management in the area. Strict enforcement of traffic laws is necessary to prevent such incidents.

It is noteworthy that last year, a similar dangerous accident occurred on the same road, resulting in multiple fatalities.
