Fuel Prices Surge in Pakistan, Public Expresses Concern

Islamabad: (RightNow) A significant increase in jet fuel prices has been announced in Pakistan. The price of jet fuel has risen by Rs 9.05 per liter, while kerosene has become Rs 7.68 per liter more expensive.

The new price for jet fuel is set at Rs 355.52 per liter. Kerosene’s new price is Rs 329.54 per liter. Petrol has also increased by Rs 2.10 per liter.

The new price for petrol is Rs 392.76 per liter. According to the Petroleum Division, these prices will be effective on October 4, 3, and 5. Diesel price has been reduced by Rs 1.01.

The price hike has caused concern among the public. This increase could directly impact daily life.

It is noteworthy that there have been previous increases in petroleum product prices. Global oil price fluctuations are a major reason for this.
