Lakki Marwat: (RightNow) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Soheil Afridi has initiated a long march from Gandi Chowk in Lakki Marwat. Addressing the workers, he stated that they will not accept governor rule and emergency. He emphasized that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be led under Imran Khan’s leadership.

Soheil Afridi arrived in Lakki Marwat by helicopter on Sunday to lead the PTI long march. The march is being conducted to demand the release of Imran Khan. It commenced from Gandi Chowk located on the Indus Highway.

In a press conference, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi blamed Chief Minister Soheil Afridi for the failure of negotiations. He thanked the PTI negotiation committee and mentioned that discussions with Afridi would have led to different outcomes.

It is important to note that PTI leader Asad Qaiser cited the deadlock in negotiations was due to the issue of access to Imran Khan. The government refused to include this in the agreement, leading to the failure of talks.

Remember that the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa stated they have the capability to establish peace in the province. He mentioned that the government’s policy over the past five years has led to an increase in terrorism.
