Kingston: (RightNow) Pakistani batsman Maaz Sadaqat made history with his first T20 century in the Caribbean Premier League. Jamaica Kings defeated Barbados Tridents by 9 wickets thanks to his outstanding performance.
Maaz played a blistering innings of 112 runs off 49 balls, including 9 fours and 8 sixes. His half-century came off just 22 balls.
Maaz completed his century in 44 balls and was out for 112 runs in the 14th over. His performance secured Jamaica Kings a spot in Qualifier 2.
This achievement makes Maaz the youngest player to score a century in the CPL. His innings gained remarkable popularity in cricket circles.
It is noteworthy that Maaz Sadaqat had previously shown excellent performance in T20s, but this was his first century.
