US secret shipping corridor in Hormuz Strait ensures daily safe delivery of 10 million barrels of oil, reducing Iranian surveillance.
Washington: (RightNow) The US military has secretly established a shipping corridor in the Strait of Hormuz for oil transport. This move ensures the safe delivery of millions of barrels of oil daily.
According to US officials, 15 to 20 oil tankers pass through the southern channel along the Omani coast every night. They report that approximately 10 million barrels of oil now reach the global market daily.
This operation is made possible with the help of the US Central Command. US Air Force fighter jets provide aerial protection against Iranian cruise missiles.
This initiative is crucial for the stability of the global energy market. The operation continues with constant communication with Gulf partners.
It is noteworthy that Iran’s surveillance capability in the Strait of Hormuz has diminished. The US military has thwarted most Iranian forces’ attacks.
