According to US officials, 15 to 20 oil tankers pass through the southern channel along the Omani coast every night. They report that approximately 10 million barrels of oil now reach the global market daily.

This operation is made possible with the help of the US Central Command. US Air Force fighter jets provide aerial protection against Iranian cruise missiles.
