Geneva: (RightNow) In the last week of February, nuclear program negotiations between the US and Iran were ongoing when on February 28, the US and Israel launched attacks on Iran. This conflict severely affected the global economic system and posed security threats to several countries.

At the onset of the attacks, the US President stated that the operation aimed to eliminate threats from the Iranian government. The US and Israeli attacks resulted in 156 casualties, including 120 children.
