Islamabad: (RightNow) Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif states that the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) has become a vital forum for regional cooperation. He emphasizes that the organization will bring meaningful improvements to the lives of over 3 billion people.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif considers his address at the SCO Council of Heads of State meeting an honor. He congratulates Kyrgyzstan on successfully hosting the meeting.

Pakistan has taken over the leadership of the SCO for 2027. Shehbaz Sharif notes that over the past 25 years, this forum has become a crucial center for regional cooperation.

The Prime Minister mentions that the theme of Pakistan’s SCO leadership will be ‘Turning Vision into Action.’ He assures that Pakistan will continue efforts for peace and development in the region.
