Islamabad: (RightNow) The Islamabad High Court has ordered that Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi should not be kept in solitary confinement in jail. The court instructed jail authorities to facilitate their meetings and comply with court directives.

The court deemed the petitions admissible in light of the Nusrat Bhutto case decision. The superintendent of Adiala Jail has been ordered to submit a compliance report within 15 days.

Aleema Khan and Mubashra Khawar Maneka approached the court. The court has directed that facilities be provided to the PTI founder and Bushra Bibi according to jail rules.

The court emphasized that meetings with the PTI founder and his family should be conducted under jail regulations. They should also be allowed telephonic conversations with their sons.

It is noteworthy that the court has instructed jail authorities to provide the PTI founder with daily newspapers and books, ensuring full compliance with court orders.
