Shanghai: (RightNow) Ishaq Dar met with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting. The leaders discussed bilateral relations and regional developments.

The Foreign Office spokesperson stated that the meeting also covered cooperation in multilateral forums. Ishaq Dar praised China’s efforts for regional peace.

The Chinese Foreign Minister commended Pakistan’s diplomatic initiatives and expressed good wishes for hosting the SCO summit.

This meeting could strengthen ties between the two countries and promote regional peace.
