Riyadh: (Right Now News). Saudi Arabia has announced that Pakistani military units arrived in the kingdom on Saturday. These troops landed at King Abdulaziz Air Base in the eastern sector.

According to the Ministry of Defense, these units include fighter jets and support aircraft. The deployment aims to further strengthen military cooperation between the two countries.

Saudi officials stated that this move is to enhance joint military coordination. It also emphasizes improving the operational readiness and practical preparation of both armed forces.

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia already maintain close partnerships in defense, economy, and diplomacy. The recent deployment seeks to elevate defense harmony between the two nations to a new level.

It is noteworthy that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia signed a strategic mutual defense agreement on September 17, 2025. Under this agreement, an attack on one country is considered an attack on both.
