Muscat: (RightNow) Following the Houthi takeover of coastal areas in Yemen, US officials and Houthi representatives held a secret meeting in Oman. The meeting took place at the US embassy, attended by both American delegates and Houthi leaders.

Sources reveal that the US delegation was represented by embassy officials, while senior Houthi officials were present. Oman played a crucial role in organizing this meeting.

Reports indicate that the Houthi delegation assured US officials they would not attack American ships and remain committed to the 2025 ceasefire.
