Peshawar: (RightNow) PTI leader Mehrbano Qureshi has condemned Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Minister Shafee Jan’s criticism of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.

Mehrbano Qureshi stated on social media that while criticism of Maryam Nawaz is a right, the use of unparliamentary language is unacceptable.

She mentioned that as a woman and party member, Shafee Jan has been asked to retract his words and apologize.

Mehrbano Qureshi further added that indecent language should not be used in the Punjab Assembly, as it reflects the members’ upbringing.

It is noteworthy that following Shafee Jan’s statement, criticism in political circles has increased, prompting a strong reaction from Mehrbano Qureshi.
