Lahore: (RightNow) The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) forecasts rain in various parts of Punjab from August 30 to September 4. The report indicates the possibility of thunderstorms and strong winds, with heavy rain expected in some areas.

NDMA has stated that rain is likely in Murree, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Mianwali, Khushab, Sargodha, and Gujrat. Additionally, rain is expected in Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Narowal, Sheikhupura, Faisalabad, Lahore, Kasur, Okara, and surrounding areas.

In light of this weather situation, NDMA has instructed relevant authorities in all affected areas to remain alert. They have also advised the public to take precautionary measures.
