Islamabad: (RightNow) The government has refiled a review petition on the decision to transfer Imran Khan to a hospital, with a decision expected soon.

Prime Minister’s Advisor on Political Affairs, Rana Sanaullah, stated that the review appeal will be decided today or tomorrow, emphasizing the government’s commitment to the constitution and law.

The Supreme Court had previously objected to the petition due to incomplete paperwork, leading to its withdrawal.

Rana Sanaullah mentioned that this decision could impact the criminal justice system, raising the question of whether every prisoner should be transferred to a private hospital.

It is noteworthy that the Supreme Court had returned the government’s petition against Imran Khan’s hospital transfer decision due to objections.
