Najran: (RightNow) Yemeni Houthis attacked Saudi Arabia’s border area of Najran, injuring 11 people, including a Pakistani. Coalition forces have termed the attack a violation of international law.
The injured include seven Saudis, one Pakistani, two Egyptians, and one Yemeni citizen. All injured have been transferred to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Coalition forces spokesperson Major General Turki Al-Maliki stated that civilian populations and installations were targeted, violating the principles of warfare.
This attack poses a threat to the region’s peace and stability. Security has been heightened in the affected area.
It is noteworthy that Houthi militia attacks continue to cause tension in the region, raising international concerns.
