PTI’s long march reaches Karak as talks with the government fail, Suhail Afridi criticizes federal policies.
Karak: (RightNow) Led by Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Suhail Afridi, PTI’s long march has reached Karak from Lakki Marwat. Supporters welcomed him as he arrived by helicopter from Peshawar to Lakki Marwat.
The second round of talks between the government and opposition ended without any result. After 10 hours of discussion, the long march commenced from Lakki Marwat.
Suhail Afridi informed supporters that they will not accept closed-door policies, stating that federal government policies have increased terrorism.
During the long march, the government offered to meet PTI Chairman, but negotiations reached a deadlock.
It is noteworthy that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has refused to implement the National Action Plan against terrorism.
