San Francisco: (RightNow) OpenAI has introduced its latest artificial intelligence agent, Dots. The announcement was made during the company’s annual Developer Day conference.
According to the company, Dots is an always-available AI agent that automates various tasks. It is based on GPT-6 Astra and can instantly connect with over 4,000 apps.
Dots functions like a cloud computer, learning over time from user feedback and capable of working for 27 hours. The company stated that this agent allows users to give instructions via written feedback or voice commands.
The agent can be used on the web, mobile, or desktop, with additional measures included for user protection. Users can set limits and participate in decisions regarding automated functions.
It is noteworthy that OpenAI’s Dots agent operates under each user’s cloud computer and provides secure login facilities on supported websites, with details not shared with the model.
