Copenhagen: (RightNow) A new study suggests that the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbots may lead to a decrease in human intelligence. This research was conducted by the Department of Computer Science at Copenhagen University.

The study analyzed 27 different AI chatbots. It revealed that the information provided by these models lacks diversity. Responses from GPT-5 showed 18.5% less diversity compared to Google searches.

Researchers noted that people often receive similar answers from AI chatbots. This could result in reduced access to diverse information and awareness.

According to the study, relying heavily on AI could diminish human knowledge. This is significant as it may affect the intelligence levels of future generations.

It is important to note that the use of AI chatbots is increasing globally, changing the way knowledge is acquired. However, the limitation of information obtained through them poses a challenge.
