Lahore: (RightNow) In Lahore’s Harbanspura area, two children died after consuming poisoned food, while their parents remain in critical condition. Experts suspect a lizard may have fallen into the curry.
According to police, the affected family ate leftover food from the night before, after which their condition worsened. All four were taken to the hospital, where the children, Qadeer and Asma, succumbed to their injuries.
Police officials stated that the crime scene unit and forensic experts have arrived at the site. Forensic experts are collecting evidence, and the food department team has also been called.
