Lahore: (RightNow) Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz claims the Kacha area is now secure after decades. She made this statement during the Independence Day ceremony.

Addressing the event, Maryam Nawaz revealed that 43 cities in Punjab have been secured with Safe City cameras. She stated that providing a better and safer Pakistan for future generations is her goal.

Maryam Nawaz further clarified that the focus is not solely on Lahore. She emphasized that no individual should be left behind in genuine development.

She stated that the Kacha area is now secure, a result of decades of efforts. This initiative has improved regional and urban safety.

It is noteworthy that the Safe City Project has installed security cameras in various cities across Punjab to prevent crime.
