Qari Bashir, the mastermind behind the Karachi Rangers camp attack, has been arrested, exposing a terrorist network linked to Afghanistan.
Karachi: (RightNow) The mastermind behind the Karachi Rangers camp attack, Qari Bashir, has been arrested. Qari Bashir confessed to the crime and exposed the terrorist network.
Sindh Interior Minister Zia-ul-Hassan Lanjhar stated that the attack was carried out by four terrorists on June 27. The terrorists were receiving instructions from Afghanistan. The attack targeted the Sindh Rangers’ transport workshop.
He mentioned that the terrorists aimed to disrupt Karachi’s peace. Security forces have arrested the facilitators of the attack. An injured terrorist has made significant revelations.
It is important to note that several Afghans were residing illegally in Karachi, and actions against them are ongoing. The government plans to deport illegal Afghan residents.
Remember that last year, there were 37 terrorism incidents in Sindh. This year, over 770 successful operations have been conducted based on intelligence reports.
