Islamabad: (Right Now News) The government has significantly reduced the prices of kerosene and light diesel, following reductions in diesel and petrol.

According to the notification, the price of kerosene has been reduced by 17.33 rupees per liter, setting the new price at 450.15 rupees per liter.

The government also announced a reduction of 135 rupees per liter for diesel and 12 rupees per liter for petrol, while maintaining subsidies.

Similarly, the price of light diesel oil has been reduced by 25.31 rupees per liter, setting the new price at 369.72 rupees per liter.

It is noteworthy that goods transporters have announced a 40% reduction in fares. According to Goods Transport Association President Nabil Mahmood, this decision will benefit both transporters and the public.
