Karachi: (RightNow) Renowned fashion retailer Khaadi Pakistan Limited announces raising PKR 8.3 billion through a pre-IPO (Initial Public Offering). The funds will be used to expand the retail network and convert existing outlets into experience stores.

Khaadi offered 250 million shares to blue-chip investors at PKR 12.40 to 15.20 per share, expecting to raise PKR 3.1 to 3.8 billion. An additional 250 million shares will be sold through the IPO at PKR 12.40 to 18 per share.

Arif Habib Limited is acting as the lead manager and book runner for this transaction. According to the company’s strategy, an annual investment of PKR 3.5 billion will be made from 2027, funded by the IPO.

It is noteworthy that Khaadi earned PKR 1.6 billion post-tax profit in the first half of 2026. The IPO comes amid increased activity in the Pakistani IPO market, with 13 IPOs raising PKR 24.9 billion this year.

Khaadi was founded in 1998 in Karachi and now operates in 14 cities across Pakistan. Shamoon Sultan started the company with men’s apparel and later introduced women’s clothing and the luxury line ‘Khaadi Khaas’.
