Islamabad: (RightNow) A review meeting chaired by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was held regarding Danesh University. It was informed that the test for virtual classes will be conducted on October 24, 2026, in over 40 cities.

The Prime Minister stated that providing quality education to talented and deserving students in Pakistan is the government’s top priority. Danesh University aims to offer education of international standards.

The Prime Minister further mentioned that Danesh University will become a center of excellence in education, research, and technology. Admissions will be granted on merit.

The meeting was briefed that 185 applications have been received for various faculty positions at Danesh University. A talent hunt is underway for FSC and A-Level students.

It is noteworthy that the construction of Danesh University’s building will be completed by next year. Formal academic activities will commence on September 20, 2027, with the introduction of modern educational programs.
