Islamabad: (RightNow). The Constitutional Court has ordered the transfer of the PTI founder’s hospital transfer case from the Supreme Court. The court stated that the Supreme Court will no longer hear this case.

A hearing on prisoners’ petitions took place in the Federal Constitutional Court, led by Chief Justice Aminuddin and a three-member bench. The Attorney General of Pakistan was also present in the court.

The court ordered the transfer of the PTI founder’s hospital transfer case from the Supreme Court. The government’s review and contempt of court petitions were also ordered to be transferred.

The Attorney General requested the court to transfer the PTI founder’s case to the Constitutional Court. The Constitutional Court has accepted three prisoners’ petitions for formal hearing.

It is noteworthy that the court stated under Article 175A, sub-clause 5, it can summon records from any court. Petitioners argue that the constitution and law should apply equally to both rich and poor.
