Pakistan’s Voter Count Surpasses 136 Million, Punjab Leads

Pakistan’s voter count exceeds 136 million, with Punjab having the most voters. Lahore leads in female voter registration.

Islamabad: (RightNow) The number of voters in Pakistan has increased by 294,000, reaching a total of 136,869,217. This growth has been recorded since July 2.

According to the Election Commission, Punjab has the highest number of voters, totaling 77,571,216. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the voter count is 23,492,258, while Sindh has reached 28,741,092.

Balochistan’s voter count stands at 5,815,154, and Islamabad has 1,264,497 registered voters. The number of female voters is 63,927,116.

The Election Commission’s data reveals Lahore as the district with the most voters, registering 7,412,267. Karachi Central has 2,277,495 voters.

It is noteworthy that the Election Commission reports a gender gap of 9,014,985 between male and female voters. Lahore also leads in female voters, with 3,549,226 registered.
