Karachi: (RightNow) WhatsApp has introduced a feature to watch status videos at double speed. Users can now use this feature without any settings.

With this feature, holding a finger on the right side of the screen during a status video will play it at 2x speed. Removing the finger will return the video to normal speed.

This feature is currently available in the new beta version of WhatsApp for iOS devices. It is unclear when it will be available to all users.
