Researchers stated that walking within 30 minutes after eating positively impacts blood sugar and insulin levels. Besides walking, cycling and yoga also proved beneficial.

Experts suggest that light walking can counteract the negative effects of prolonged sitting. Standing for some time after meals can reduce blood glucose by 9.51%.
