Karachi: (RightNow) A significant increase in gold prices has been recorded across the country. Today, the price of gold per tola has risen by PKR 3,900, reaching PKR 469,136.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of 10 grams of gold has increased by PKR 3,344. Now, 10 grams of gold is available for PKR 402,208.

In the global market, the price of gold has also risen to USD 4,466 per ounce. This increase in the global market has also been reflected in the local market.

The rise in gold prices is influenced not only by the global economic situation but also by central bank policies and international tensions.

It is noteworthy that there was a significant increase in gold prices yesterday as well, with a rise of PKR 11,200 per tola recorded.
