Gaza: (RightNow) UN spokesperson Stephane Dujarric reports that 94% of Gaza’s population is homeless. This situation arises from Israeli airstrikes and ongoing conflicts.

The spokesperson stated that four out of five homes in Gaza lack shelter. Many shelters are affected due to energy and fuel shortages.

According to Dujarric, obstacles to humanitarian aid are impacting daily life. People’s ability to sleep, cook, and meet basic needs is compromised.

The UN reports casualties among Palestinian civilians due to Israeli attacks. Concerns over human rights violations persist.

It is noteworthy that on August 21, 50 bodies, including 19 children, were retrieved from the rubble. Limited resources hinder debris clearance efforts in Gaza.
