Swat: (RightNow) Police thwarted a terrorist attack on a checkpost in Jarogo Abshar, Swat. According to a police spokesperson, over 12 terrorists attacked the Chatkal police post last night.

During the attack, police officers’ timely response forced the terrorists to flee. In the robust counteraction by the police, 2 terrorists were injured.

DPO Mushtaq Ahmed praised the bravery of the Chatkal post officers, stating that cowardly acts of terrorism cannot demoralize the police.
