Islamabad: (RightNow) The Anti-Terrorism Court has issued arrest warrants for 15 Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawmakers in the November 26 protest case. The warrants include 3 MNAs and 12 MPAs.

Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain issued the arrest warrants at the request of the police. Warrants have been issued for MNAs Shah Ahad, Sher Ali Arbab, and Zubair Wazir.

Police have stated that MPAs Babar Saleem Swati, Muhammad Usman, Asif Mehsud, Ajab Gul, and others are included in the warrants. These warrants were issued under the Kohsar police station case.

This action is significant for the police as it demonstrates law enforcement efforts despite political pressure. It reflects the government’s commitment to legal authority.
