Mingora: (RightNow) Protests by Jamaat-e-Islami against the petroleum levy and inflation continue for the 20th day. The series of successful rallies by Jamaat-e-Islami is ongoing across the country.

Today, a major rally by Jamaat-e-Islami will be held in Mingora, Swat, with preparations completed. Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman will address the public.

A large number of workers and the public are present at the rally venue, with the atmosphere filled with green and white flags.

Sit-ins are ongoing in Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi, and over 15 other locations. Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman stated that the protests will continue until successful negotiations with the government committee.

It is important to note that the sit-ins will not end until Jamaat-e-Islami’s demands are met. Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman has also acknowledged the importance of negotiations.
