A 14-year-old employee’s revelations have shifted the Mir Raza murder case, prompting further police investigation.
Karachi: (RightNow) A significant development has emerged in the Mir Raza murder case. A 14-year-old employee named Shahid has provided crucial information to the police. This employee worked at the guest house where Mir Raza’s body was found.
Shahid revealed that he never saw Mir Raza at the guest house. On the night of the incident, when there was noise, other staff members fled through the back exit.
Police have apprehended two staff members who fled, while one remains at large. Shahid stated that the police recorded his statement and released him.
Following allegations on social media, the Sindh government has decided to initiate a judicial inquiry to thoroughly investigate the matter.
It is noteworthy that Mir Raza’s body was found on July 29, and the post-mortem report confirmed signs of torture. The police have also included murder charges.
