Karachi: (RightNow) Significant evidence has emerged in the second autopsy report of businessman Mir Raza Ali’s murder case. The report indicates the victim was shot from behind and had signs of torture and multiple fractures.

The report states the body was in an advanced stage of decomposition with insects present. There was an estimated 12-day gap between death and the autopsy.

Deep wounds on the right side of the skull and fractures in various parts were identified. A 12 cm fracture was also reported in the right hip bone.

Four teeth in the upper jaw were affected, and blood clots were found near the left lung. An entry wound from a firearm was noted on the chest.

It is noteworthy that the IG Sindh has dissolved the investigative committee and formed a new one, led by DIG Amir Farooqi, to conduct the investigation.
