Riyadh: (RightNow) Yemen confirms a military operation against Houthis and their equipment. This action responds to the treacherous activities by the Houthis.

Yemen’s military initiated the operation in Marib against the Houthi-majority group Ansar Allah. According to Yemen’s Ministry of Defense, the Houthis have pushed Yemen into regional conflicts.

The Yemeni Ministry of Defense states that the Houthis have destroyed Yemen’s economy and promoted sectarianism among the public. The ministry condemned the treacherous actions of the Houthis.

It is noteworthy that a recent attack by the Houthi group Ansar Allah in Marib resulted in at least 10 deaths. Yemeni military sources report that 8 soldiers were killed in the Marib attacks.

Ansar Allah claimed to have targeted a government military camp in Marib. Following these attacks, Yemen launched a military operation.
