California: (RightNow) NASA has released a video of its spacecraft ‘Psyche’ flying near Mars. The video consists of images taken by ‘Psyche’ as it passed close to Mars.

The spacecraft is on a mission to the asteroid ‘Psyche’, located between Mars and Jupiter. ‘Psyche’ aims to reach its target by July 2029.

In May 2026, ‘Psyche’ flew near Mars, capturing images from approximately 4,609 kilometers away. Various views of Mars’ surface were recorded during this time.

The flyby was not only for capturing images but also for testing scientific instruments. This testing was conducted before reaching the asteroid ‘Psyche’ in 2029.
