Islamabad: (RightNow) A total solar eclipse will occur on August 12, delighting people in select countries. The last such event was seen 2 years ago, and this time, Greenland, Iceland, Spain, and Portugal will witness the special eclipse.

According to NASA, only a few countries will have the opportunity to view this eclipse. In Spain, the total solar eclipse will be visible at sunset, offering a mesmerizing sight for locals.

Partial solar eclipses will also be visible in other parts of Europe and Africa. In Russia, the uninhabited Taymyr Peninsula will see the eclipse begin at sunrise and continue after sunset in other regions.

This eclipse is particularly significant as it occurs at sunset after many years.

It is noteworthy that according to Pakistani time, the partial solar eclipse will start at 10:34 PM, the total eclipse at 12:12 AM, and it will end at 2:58 AM.
