Foreign ministers from Pakistan and seven Islamic countries condemned Israel’s action of blocking access to Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Islamabad: (Right Now News) Foreign ministers from Pakistan and seven other Islamic countries have condemned Israel’s action of blocking access to Al-Aqsa Mosque as unacceptable.
In a meeting, foreign ministers from Pakistan, Egypt, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar issued a joint statement.
The statement declared that Israel’s restriction on access to Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Holy Church violates international laws.
The statement also rejected attempts to alter the legal status of religious sites in occupied Jerusalem.
It is noteworthy that recently, Israel kept the doors of Al-Aqsa Mosque closed during Ramadan, violating religious freedom.
