Rawalpindi: (Right Now News) In Rawalpindi’s Gohra area, a bride was arrested by police for aerial firing during a wedding ceremony. Police stated that the bride did not have a firearm license.
Bride Sana Shahryar was caught red-handed firing while wearing her bridal dress, while the groom managed to escape. Police are continuing their search for the groom.
The incident occurred in the Mandrah police station area, where a video of the bride firing was received. A case has been registered, and the pistol and bullets have been recovered.
Police revealed that the groom handed the pistol to the bride, who fired shots on the photographer’s direction. The bride’s attempt to flee was thwarted by a lady constable.
It should be noted that the police were informed about the aerial firing by an informant. The bride will be presented in court today, while the family has filed a bail application.
